The last full week of July saw 1st Malew Scout group from the Isle of Man, come on their summer camp to the UK. They had decided to stay in Alsager this year (due to it’s convenient train links) at the Alsager Guide Hall. On the Wednesday evening a small team of leaders and explorers from Alsager decided to host a BBQ and Archery session for them (two things we do best!).
We got to have some great conversations with their young people and learnt so much about scouting and life on the Isle of Man!
